Rozex contains the active ingredient metronidazole, which is an antibiotic. It helps reduce facial redness, flushing, small red spots and inflammation. It also stops bacteria, which cause inflammation, from growing.
Common side effects include: redness, itching, dry skin, irritation, nausea, contact dermatitis, peeling of the skin. Side effects may vary from one person to the next, as with any medication.
