Oilatum Soap is an emollient cleanser, designed for daily use to help treat dry skin conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.
Your skin produces a layer of oils, which help to protect the skin. In dry skin conditions, production of these oils can be disrupted, leading to irritation and lack of moisture in the skin.
Oilatum Soap helps to replace this layer, protecting dry skin from further irritation while also locking moisture into the skin. This makes it an ideal daily cleanser for dry skin conditions.

As with all medications, some users may experience side effects when using Oilatum Soap – however, most will not.
Some users have reported minor skin reactions, particularly when using this product for the first time.
