Systane Ultra Eye Drops are an artificial tear replacement, designed to provide long-lasting relief, help treat burning and irritation due to dry eyes.
Your eyes are normally covered with a film of tears, to help keep your eye protected and lubricated. When this layer is disrupted, you may experience redness, swelling, and pain in your eyes – infection, damage, and environmental factors can all cause this film to be disrupted.
If you wear contact lenses, Systane Ultra can also be used to lubricate and rewet soft contact lenses, making them easier to apply and to help clear particulate matter that may make the lenses difficult to wear.

Common side effects include: blurred vision, eye redness or discomfort or other irritation not present before use of this medicine, increased sensitivity of eyes to light, matting or stickiness of eyelashes, swelling of eyelids, watering of eyes.
