Iglu Pastilles are an easy and effective way to provide relief for mouth ulcers. Iglu sugar-free pastilles dissolve slowly in the mouth, to ease discomfort and bring soothing relief to mouth ulcers and sore gums.
The active ingredients of Iglu pastilles are benzalkonium chloride and compound benzoin tincture. These ingredients have antiseptic properties; they can help keep ulcers from becoming infected, and provide soothing cleaning to existing minor infections.

As with all medications, some users may experience side effects when using Iglu Pastilles – however, most will not.
On rare occasions, hypersensitivity reactions to benzalkonium chloride may occur. These may involve difficulty in breathing, swelling of the face, neck, tongue or throat and a rash. If you experience these symptoms, stop taking this medicine and seek urgent medical attention.
