Lemsip Max Day & Night Cold & Flu Relief Capsules is for the relief of fever, body aches, headaches, blocked nose and sore throats. The day capsules contain caffeine to help you fight off lethargy, sluggishness and fatigue. The night capules have no caffeine, but won’t make you drowsy. Each day capsule contains 500mg Paracetamol, 6.1mg Phenylephrine Hydrochloride and 25mg Caffeine.

Side effects may include: Increase in blood pressure, increased heart rate, nausea, difficulty sleeping (insomnia), restlessness, anxiety, tremor, difficulty passing urine, skin rashes.
